My Treatments
Your first treatment
I will begin your first treatment with a comprehensive health review, designed to understand your individual health patterns, lifestyle and concerns. Before your first visit, please download and complete the Inquiry Questionnaire and send it to my email address.
During your first visit, we will have a consultation followed by one of the treatment methods that I consider most suitable for you, such as acupuncture, cupping or dietary therapy. Based on our consultation and your individual needs, I will create a personalised treatment approach for you.
As we continue, I will closely follow your progress and adapt the treatment as needed, depending on how your body responds.
If your child is to be treated, please also read and sign the Addendum for Treatment of Minors, in addition to the intake form.
Treatment methods
I use a range of Traditional Chinese Medicine methods, depending on your individual needs. These may include acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, electroacupuncture, TDP mineral lamp therapy, and dietary and lifestyle guidance.
Each treatment is collaborative and co-creative. Your participation, feedback and willingness to make supportive changes are an important part of the process.

Treatment frequency
Holistic treatments often work best when there is a certain level of frequency and consistency. Depending on your individual needs and the concerns you wish to address, I may recommend one or two visits per week initially. We will discuss the most appropriate treatment frequency during your first consultation and adjust it as your treatment progresses.
